Certified Artifacts: Redlines, Reports, and Notes

Retrieve law firm-certified .docx redlines, compliance reports, and attorney notes once an order reaches the verified_executed status.

When a human attorney completes review on a document you routed through Lexera, the platform finalizes the case and produces certified artifacts. These are not draft suggestions: they are law firm-certified deliverables, including a redlined contract and a compliance report, both delivered as .docx files. You retrieve them by polling the order status until it reaches verified_executed.

What you receive upon completion

Once current_status becomes verified_executed, the lexera_get_order_status response includes three key fields:

• certified_redline_url — The finalized contract with tracked changes and attorney corrections.
• certified_report_url — A separate law firm-certified compliance report.
• attorney_notes — A free-text summary of the changes made during review.

Downloading artifacts

Artifact URLs returned in the status response are authenticated. Download them with the same Bearer token you use for SSE and tool calls:

Artifact lifecycle

Artifacts are generated only after the attorney finishes review. Until then, lexera_get_order_status returns current_status: pending_admin_triage and does not include download URLs. Your integration should poll the status endpoint (or listen for SSE status events) and trigger the download step only when the status transitions to verified_executed.
